Massage treatments take place in my garden studio, in Lovage Way, Clanfield, Hampshire. As well as my treatment room being a lovely relaxing space, I also use a heated blanket to keep you warm during your treatment.

The treatments can help to improve joint mobility and flexibility, maintain soft tissue, improve performance, relieve aches and pains and help with stress and anxiety, as well as rehabilitate from musculoskeletal injury. Now available Natural Lift Facial Massage which uses techniques to help reduce the effects of ageing as well as being relaxing and uplifting.

I will also be offering a beautiful relaxing luxurious facial, where I will use award winning Temple Spa products such as "in the beginning" which is a gorgeous cleansing balm and "its all good" nutritious facial oil and more...
