Massage treatments take place in my garden studio, in Lovage Way, Clanfield, Hampshire. As well as my treatment room being a lovely relaxing space, I also use a heated blanket to keep you warm during your treatment.
The treatments can help to improve joint mobility and flexibility, maintain soft tissue, improve performance, relieve aches and pains and help with stress and anxiety, as well as rehabilitate from musculoskeletal injury.
Now available Natural Lift Facial Massage which uses techniques to help reduce the effects of ageing as well as being relaxing and uplifting.
I will also be offering a beautiful relaxing luxurious facial, where I will use award winning Temple Spa products such as "in the beginning" which is a gorgeous cleansing balm and "its all good" nutritious facial oil and more...

Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Massage

This treatment involves soft tissue techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuro muscular technique and muscle energy technique which are used for minor musculoskeletal injury, soft tissue dysfunction, pre or post sport event massage or even just to maintain the soft tissue for anyone.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment and you will incur a 50% charge of the price of your treatment. If you reschedule instead of cancelling then there will be no fee to pay. As I do not take an upfront payment at the time of booking I will contact you personally for the cancellation fee.
